Pianist, composer, lyricist and arranger. Jo travelled the world playing piano and bass in groups from Jazz and Blues to Rock, Folk and Reggae. But her true dwelling place was always working introvertly and off-stage, responding musically to the art of others. She has composed music for dozens of projects in cinema, theatre and dance in the cities of London, Melbourne and Barcelona. Jo now lives in an old stone house in the magic hills of Catalunya composing piano-orchestral music and recording in an old chapel at the end of the garden. She loves working with female singers and live string players to find a cross between cinematic, Neo-classicism, Orchestral and Pop to reach a place of quiet beauty and sensitivity.
